Shipping & Delivery.
We aim to pack and ship all orders received before 1.30pm and for all orders received after 1.30pm will be dispatched the next working day, either by Courier or Royal Mail. Delivery Charges are based on the total value in your Shopping Basket as per the chart below. The Delivery charge is shown in the Shopping Basket summary when an item is added, also in the Checkout page and finally on the Secure Payment page.
Please also note:
**Scotland & NI - We cannot provide next day delivery for some areas of Scotland And Northern Ireland, our courier service will instead offer a 2 day service, please inquire to find out more about your postcode.
** Saturday Delivery - Saturday Delivery is £12.95 extra. So items ordered on Friday with Next Day Service will arrive Monday, unless ordered after 3pm which will be delivered Tuesday. Please call to arrange Saturday Delivery.
**Mainland Europe. Charges may apply to island/remote destinations like Cyprus, parts of Greece, Malta, Canary Islands etc...

Returns must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, in the ORIGINAL BAG and in a resalable condition.

What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?
It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with).
All purchases from Adams are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. Basically if you don't dig it, or you need to swap it please follow the process below.
In all return correspondence please quote your - Order ID/Order number, the items you wish to return (size, quantity etc), and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns IDs can only be issued via e-mail and will NOT be issued over the telephone. However if you receive an incorrect item, a faulty item or experience any issue with your order whatsoever please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will be more than happy to help.
